• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must be returned in original condition with all tags and protective coverings still attached.

• Items that are not in original condition 
• Items that are damaged or soiled through normal wear or tear
• Free gifts or promotional items

Please email us at petroyaltyproducts.com with your order number and the item (s) you would like to return. For domestic orders, once your return is authorized you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. We do not offer prepaid return shipping for international orders at this time.

Once your items have been received and inspected by us, you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours.

Please email us at petroyaltyproducts.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Also, include which items you would like to receive in exchange. For domestic orders, once your exchange is authorized you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. We do not offer prepaid shipping for international orders at this time. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will provide you an order confirmation for the new items and they will be shipped out shortly.

Once an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost Packages:  

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
