Shipping Policy
Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer PET ROYALTY
Pet Royalty has partnered with the US Postal Service and UPS to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping options available.
Free Shipping applies to standard shipping. Shipping charges for these items are calculated at checkout.
Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and some items are custom-made to order and require additional time. Please be sure your contact information is correct.
Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the entire order to be filled and therefore shipped.
PANDEMIC UPDATE 2020/2021/2022
To Consider: Due to the current Global Pandemic of Covid-19, delays may occur in the final delivery of your order.
Please allow a little more time for the package to be delivered to your country's national postal service (eg USPS) as social distancing measures are in place and such facilities are operating at a limited capacity for the safety of all involved.
Please note that tracking numbers provided may take longer than usual to update and sometimes may only be updated once they reach the final destination for final delivery.

Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The estimated time frames below are effective once tracking is accepted.

Currently FREE standard shipping on orders over $50.
If you are needing an expedited shipment it's best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs.
Pet Royalty is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
We have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of 5.95 for more orders to simplify our shipping costs. Please note that heavier items may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate.

Shipping costs are calculated after all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
International Shipments:
Please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping costs will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. All international orders are shipped with tracking. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges.
